Architect Alfredo Arribas’s work in the world of wine focuses first in bringing back the Clos del Portal estate, located in Vila del Lloar. It has almost 40ha of vineyards, olive trees and woods surrounded by ancient mines. High-density vineyards of mostly Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, grown using biodynamic viticulture. The winery, located in the epicentre of the estate, is a true example of ecological architecture and integration with the landscape. He has recently added the project Mas de l'Abella, in Vila de la Morera, where Gotes come from: a wine family with elevated freshness and finesse.
